The Neighbors Trust is thrilled to partner with Puentes de Salud (Bridges to Health), Philadelphia's leading organization serving Latine immigrant families, on Healthy Mama, Healthy Baby. This initiative provides direct financial support to immigrant mothers during pregnancy and their baby's first year.

Since 2008, Puentes de Salud has been dedicated to addressing the social determinants of health, providing culturally responsive healthcare and fostering empowerment with the Latine immigrant community. Through this partnership, we've designed the Healthy Mama, Healthy Baby program to extend impactful resources to families when they need them most.
